Tapioca PPI Predictions on HSV-1 Infection and Mock TPCA Data

Thermal proximity coaggregation (TPCA) was performed during infection with HSV-1. The resulting TPCA data was processed using Tapioca to predict protein-protein interactions. The excel file contains the raw and normlaized data. The zipped folders contain the outputs of Tapioca on these data.
