We aimed to apply two methods of geometric morphometry on a dataset of scales from 5 different teleost species: Danio rerio, Dicentrarchus labrax, Mullus surmuletus, Sardina pilchardus, and Sparus aurata. 232 scales were analyzed. Danrer = Danio rerio; Diclab = Dicentrarchus labrax, Mulsur = Mullus surmuletusSarpil = Sardina pilchardiusm Spaaur = Sparus aurata.
