Survey on Agile Adoption: Challenges, Barriers, and Mitigations in Agile Teams

This dataset contains the structure of the questionnaire and the collected responses from a survey investigating the adoption of Agile principles in project teams and organizations. The survey aimed to explore employees' perceptions, experiences, and challenges in Agile environments, considering diverse roles, levels of experience, and organizational contexts.

The questionnaire included both closed-ended and open-ended questions. Closed-ended questions gathered demographic data and Agile principle recognition, while open-ended questions captured insights on causes, barriers, and mitigation strategies in Agile adoption. To ensure relevance, responses from participants without Agile experience were excluded.

The data was collected through an online survey, allowing for broad participation and efficient data gathering. This dataset can serve as a resource for researchers and practitioners interested in understanding Agile adoption challenges and strategies for improving Agile implementation.
