List of pentapeptide sequences which have a Glutathionylation Likelihood Score (G-Score) of equal to or above 1.25, as scored by GluP tool for prediction of glutathionylation sites. These pentapeptides are expected to be hotspots of protein S-glutathionylation and can serve as potential candidates to identify such proteins.
