Supplementary Dataset for: Rewiring Climate Governance—Diagnosing Systemic Inertia and Designing Transformative Policy Pathways
This dataset accompanies the review manuscript "Rewiring Climate Governance: Diagnosing Systemic Inertia and Designing Transformative Policy Pathways". It contains all supplementary materials used to systematically analyse structural, discursive, and strategic dimensions of climate governance failure. The data were derived from a qualitative systematic review of 87 peer-reviewed articles, coded using a tripartite Subject–Predicate–Object (SPO) framework.
The materials include:
- Cleaned article datasets by governance layer (structural, discursive, strategic)
- Term frequency and co-occurrence data
- PRISMA screening protocols and eligibility criteria
- Search query logic for SCOPUS database
- Conceptual and theoretical coding structures
- Grounded theory synthesis visualisations and analytical matrices
These resources are intended to support reproducibility, secondary analysis, and methodological adaptation in climate policy and governance research. All files are formatted for compatibility with RStudio (≥v4.1) and Microsoft Excel (2016+), and are documented to facilitate replication.
