Supplementary Dataset

Supplementary dataset pertaining to the co-evolutionary analysis as described in "A farnesyl-dependent structural role for CENP-E in expansion of the fibrous corona". This dataset contains fasta files of orthologous sequences, their alignments and HMM profiles of CENP-E, ROD, SPINDLY, ZW10 and ZWILCH as identified in this study.
