Standardised scenario example for the Objective Structured Teaching Encounter- OSTE

This project highlights the successful implementation of OSTE in Georgian medical education and its impact on faculty development and teaching quality. The project involved establishing OSTE stations at the Clinical Skills Training Center of the Higher Medical Institute and conducting training of trainers (ToT) exercises led by international experts. Standardized scripts and rubrics were developed to objectively evaluate teaching effectiveness, and this approach was later expanded to other universities in Georgia. A survey was conducted after each workshop to collect feedback from participants.
