An injectable, pH/ROS dual responsive, and polycationic OSPPB hydrogel was developed. It inhibits neurovascularization, alleviates osteoarthritic pain, and restores joint anatomy. The OSPPB hydrogel demonstrates noteworthy therapy in addressing TMJOA.
