"Words" folder contains pdfs of the Manuscript and Supplementary Data.

"Supplementary_Tables" folder contains results from single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) analysis.

"Behavior" folder contains data from pole and dot removal tests.

"Single_cell_RNA_data" folder contains scRNA-seq data from substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) of mice treated with combined dosing of the pesticides maneb and paraquat (MNPQ) or saline. Raw and filtered output from 10X Genomics Cell Ranger pipeline provided.
