Simulated angular dependent pathlength enhancement factor of cross-groove silicon cells
The COMSOL Ray Optics module was used to simulate the optical path length enhancement factor for cross-groove silicon cells at various incident and azimuth angles. Groove sidewall angles are controlled within the ~49-54o range.
