Scopus Bibliometric Dataset: Insights into Information Efficiency

This dataset consists of bibliographic records extracted from the Scopus database in December 2022. The initial database included 30,551 papers, but it was refined to 8,289 papers using a Bradford filter (Bradford, 1934) with the assistance of Bibliometrix, an R package. Dataset Fields:

  • URL: Uniform Resource Locator (URL)

  • ISSN: International Standard Serial Number
  • ISBN: International Standard Book Number
  • CODEN: CODEN (CDS identification code)
  • JI: Journal identifier
  • DT: Document type
  • DB: Scopus database source
  • UT: Unique identifier
  • J9: Journal name
  • AU_UN: Authors' unified names
  • AU1_UN: First author's unified name
  • AU_UN_NR: Number of authors' unified names
  • SR_FULL: Full source title
