Sargassum-derived biofilm induction prophages (with and without flanking regions)

<p dir="ltr">Two gzipped fasta files of prophages identified using GeNomad or CheckV that have bacterial flanking regions greater than 2000 bp from pelagic <i>Sargassum</i>-derived biofilms that were induced with Mitomycin C or left untreated. One file contains only the prophage sequences and the second file is prophage sequences with their bacterial flanks. </p>
