Sargassum-derived biofilm induction AphA protein analysis

<p dir="ltr">AphA proteins for one prophage identified in the biofilm induction assay (Stiffler et al., 2025), it's bacterial host, and their most related protein matches from the non redundant protein RefSeq. There are 40 proteins in the .faa file in total and they were de-replicated at 99% identity using CDHIT. </p><p dir="ltr">The Newick file contains a phylogenetic tree of amino acid sequences for the AphA proteins, constructed using the Neighbor-Joining algorithm with the conserved sites method and the JTT substitution model with 100 bootstrap resampling</p>
