Column codes clarification:

ID - Sample code, name;

species - Sample taxonomical identity at species level;

type - The part of fugus that was analyzed

Region - one of the two regions, where the one sample was collected

d13C vpdb - raw value on δ13C

d15N air - raw value on δ15N

%C - carbon concentration in sample, measured

%N - nitrogen concentration in sample, measured

C/N - %C to %N ratio, calculated

ECM-SF - trophic grouping of fungi, based on the species. ECM for ectomycorrhizal and SAP for saprotrophic

d13C_st - standartized δ13C values

d15N-st - standartized δ15N values

Detailed_ecology_SAP - affinty of the sample to ectomycorrhizal fungi (ECM) or one of the trophic groups of saprotrophs (Humus_SAP for humus saprotrophs, Wood_SAP for wood-decomposing and Litter_SAP for litter-decomposing fungi)
