Sample size effects on population demographic estimates in birds using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data

Reference assemblies and associated vcf files (with no Z-linked loci and thinned to one SNP per locus) for eight lineages of Trans-Beringian birds. These are the datasets we analyzed for sample-size effects on demographic population parameter estimates using the software dadi (Gutenkunst et al. 2009).
