SMRT sequencing was carried out on a PacBio RS II instrument (Pacific Biosciences, Menlo Park, CA, USA). A total of 886,401,450 bp of sequencing data were produced, with an average read length of 5,897 bp. The genome was then assembled using HGAP 3.0 with the default parameters in SMRT Analysis Suite. Base modification analysis was performed using the base modification detection workflow of SMRT Analysis v1.3, and the PT modifications in the whole genome were identified according to calculations of the interpulse duration ratio.
