.png files are the scatter plot of the PC1,2 for samples.
Excel files are the list of PC1-100 for samples in each continent.
RightA.RData contains the axes and average data.
sPCbaseSelect.xlsx is the PC for bases.
R code.txt is the code and explanation.
sample.fas and .txt are the sample for the alignment of DNA.
