Research on function mechanism of knowledge lattice on gazelle enterprises’ relay innovation—Using knowledge matching and knowledge transfer as conducting variables

Relay innovation is a dynamic course from innovation capability identification to
innovation capability inheritance, which can realize the deep division and integration
of "innovation chain". It plays roles in the advantages of the heterogeneity of the
parties, meet the needs of the enterprise's innovation process, and the knowledge
lattice can solve the problem that knowledge workers can not understand, such as theacquired knowledge in the relay innovation. Taking the gazelle enterprises as research
objects, this study constructs the analytical framework of function mechanism of
knowledge lattice on relay innovation, and introduces knowledge matching and
knowledge transfer as the conducting variables of empirical verification. The
empirical analysis results show that the knowledge lattice significantly affects the
knowledge matching, the knowledge matching significantly affects the knowledge
transfer, and further the knowledge transfer significantly affects the relay innovation.
