Stroke is a severe cerebrovascular disease that causes significant motor impairment. Rehabilitation is a key period for restoring motor function, especially for home-based training. The kinematics data of post-stroke patients is crucial for evaluating rehabilitation progress and developing intelligent rehabilitation systems. However, the lack of large-scale kinematics data from stroke patients limits the development of intelligent rehabilitation systems. To address this, we introduce REHAB-120, a novel IMU kinematics dataset collected from 120 post-stroke patients who completed a three-week rehabilitation program. The dataset contains signals from 27assessment movements and 16 training movements, providing comprehensive kinematics data with corresponding labels.
