The study aimed to understand the relationships between the use of digital technologies, employee job satisfaction, employee organizational commitment, and employee job performance and develop a model for use by project-driven organizations in South Africa. Data was collected from four project-driven organizations within the public sector in South Africa. The study was quantitative, and hence, data was collected using closed-ended questionnaires. The minimum sample required for the study was 77, and 148 valid responses were received from the four organizations combined. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the quantitative data collected.
