A retrospective analysis was performed on 274,436 subjects who underwent health examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020. The prevalence of gallbladder disease in the study participants was investigated. Essential clinical items, including age, weight, height, lipid, blood cell analysis, liver function and kidney function results, and transabdominal gallbladder ultrasound, were recorded.
