This dataset supports the development of an interactive web-based diagnostic system for early detection of heart disease using electrochemical voltammetry techniques. The raw data was generated using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) with a low-cost potentiostat and carbon-based electrodes to detect cardiac troponin levels. The dataset includes voltage–current pairs in CSV format, which were processed using custom algorithms for baseline correction and peak detection. These processed signals enable the calculation of current response values used to predict the presence or absence of cardiac biomarkers. This work integrates electrochemical sensor data, biomedical signal processing, and data visualization to improve accessibility and accuracy in heart disease diagnostics.
