This dataset contains raw data supporting the analyses and figures presented in the manuscript on syntenin PDZ domain–peptide interactions. The files are organized into thematic folders corresponding to specific figures and computational experiments.

Folder “Raw Data Figs2 and 3”:
Includes genomic and proteomic sequence data used for the identification and classification of PDZ-binding motif (PDZbm)–containing proteins in Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

GCF genomic sequence of M. tuberculosis (GenBank format)

FASTA file of the complete proteome

FASTA files containing only the last ten amino acids of proteins classified as Type I, II, or III PDZbm, respectively

GFF files used to map these proteins onto the M. tuberculosis genome

Folder “Raw Data Figs 4 and 5”:
Contains the results of Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analyses for PDZbm-containing proteins. Results are provided for the three GO domains: Biological Process (BP), Cellular Component (CC), and Molecular Function (MF).

All data are provided as originally generated, without filtering or post-processing, to ensure full reproducibility of the analyses described in the accompanying article.
