R Project Folder - MG Historical Strongylids

<p dir="ltr">R Project folder containing all code, R scripts and data used for the associated manuscript entitled "Untangling parasite epidemiology of mountain gorillas through historical samples: strongylid nematodes are friends or foe?". These files allow replication of all analyses, which explored the infection intensity and community composition of strongylid nematodes of wild mountain gorillas (<i>Gorilla beringei beringei</i>) between two decades.</p>
