Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Supplemental Table. RNAseq results showing the FPKM (fragments per kilobase of transcript per million mapped reads) from four empty vector (EV) cells and from four SLC22A15 stably transfected HEK293 Flp-In cells, as well as the average for each group. The table was sorted by the lowest p-value adjusted for the differentially expressed genes. The RNAseq experiment and data analysis were performed by NovoGene Co., Ltd.
