RCT which included Perioperative optimisation of fluid status in elective THA patients using Semi-Closed-Loop-Infusion-System (SCLIS) for the detection of transcapillary fluid reflux which served as indication to stop mini fluid challenges. Invasive and noninvasive estimates of plasma dilution responsiveness were used in automated decision making. The results were analysed with an objective to further validate mVLT method (publication in 2014), as well as to validate the Homeostatic Blood States theory and Method (analysis results prepared for publication in 2025).
