Quantitative assessment of gene expression changes for the heterocellular adhesion molecule N-cadherin (N-Cad/Cdh2), tight junction adapter molecule Zonula Occludens-1 (ZO-1/Tjp1), and Junctional Adhesion Molecule-3 (JAM3) in cerebral microvessels of murine brain slices cultures for 0 hours, 12 hours, or 24 hours in oxygenated artificial cerebral spinal fluid (aCSF).
