Project of bullying - cyberbullying. PAQ and SDQ
A total of 732 predominantly white students, aged between 10 and 15 years (M = 11.72, SD = 1.21), participated in this study. Among them, 336 were in their late childhood stage of development (Mage = 10.62, SD = 0.63) attending the final two grades of elementary school, while 396 were early adolescents (Mage = 12.67, SD = 0.67) enrolled in the first two grades of high school. Schools were purposefully chosen to ensure diversity in urban/rural residency and were selected from three different districts in Cyprus. In terms of gender, 398 (54.4%) were female and 334 (45.6%) were male. Regarding parental education, 3.4% of parents had attended only elementary school, 49.2% had completed some form of secondary education, 37.6% had attained tertiary education, and 9.8% did not disclose their educational background. The distribution of parental education in this sample mirrors that of the general population in Cyprus, as documented by the United Nations Development Program (2016).
