This technical note presents a testable, advance prediction of measurable deviations in the trajectory of comet 3I/ATLAS (C/2025 N1), relative to JPL/Horizons gravity-only nominal solution (2025 Aug 17). It builds on two decades of work developing a baryonic matter framework that has successfully matched post-event deviations in 2I/Borisov, 1I/‘Oumuamua, and asteroid flybys. This is the first pre-event forecast, offering a direct validation test of baryonic corrections in orbital dynamics.
