Plumage dataset

Plumage score dataset for the Palm Warbler subspcies (Setophaga palmarum) hybrid zone project. Scores of the ventral plumage colouration reflects the degree of hybridization between the two subspecies: S. p. palmarum and S. p. hypochrysea.

Columns:

• ID: specimen ID
• ID_No: number extracted from the specimen ID
• File: associated image file
• Lum_Yellow: yellow luminance values (red luminance + green luminance / blue luminance) as calculated by ImageJ
• plumage_score: 0-1 standardized Lum_Yellow scores
