The drought tolerance and resilience data for natural and planted forests and the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) and Shapley Additive Properties Interpretation (SHAP) modeling code are included here, and associated with the manuscript "Planted forests in China are at higher risk of drought than natural forests" in Global Change Biology.
The drought_resilience and resilience_metadata.txt files summarize each file and define each element included.
