A Network Analysis of Dissertations about Electronic Literature
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.

The .gephi file can be opened directly in Gephi.
You can instead choose to import the nodes and edges .csv files into Gephi or another software package.
