There are five subdirectories:
- code contains the code used to process data, and to plot results. The "Paper claims and figures" notebook generates the tables and plots
- meta contains strain descriptions and external datasets
- input_data contains the raw input data generated as part of this study into the analysis in the form of colony size files for different replicates at different temperatures, and allele counts [here already updated with frequencies] of mapping experiments
- tables contains the output tables generated by code [including the relevant manuscript files]
- plots contains output plots [including the relevant manuscript figure panels]
