PanVirus93Interactomes

Data contains 93 protein-protein interactions networks, encoding interactions between human proteins and different viruses. Feeding machine learning algorithms with features obtained from the analysis of networks, the data has been used to compare the novel coronavirus network against 92 other viruses, from the perspective of statistical physics and computational biology.
