Orange County Animal Care Strategic Plan

<p dir="ltr">The Strategic Plan was developed in 2016-2018, approved by the county Board of Supervisors in 2018, and used until early 2020. There is no documentation or evidence that it was used as a guiding document after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic or at any time after the end of the pandemic.</p><p dir="ltr">All documents were obtained via California Public Records Act requests.</p><p dir="ltr">"OCAC Strategic Plan 052218 (004).pdf" is the complete strategic plan. It includes the most recent status update (to the best of the author's knowledge). </p><p dir="ltr">"OC_Animal_Care_Strategic_Plan_2018.pdf" is a different format of the Executive Summary of the Strategic Plan, with some time annotations of the county's expected completion dates.</p>
