This dataset supports the manuscript titled “Data-Driven Discovery of Optimal Tip-Speed Ratio via Physics-Informed Moment Balance: Resolving Water Inertia in Lift-Dominant Tidal Turbines.” It includes the raw simulation data as well as the final computed results for inertial torque and driving torque under three operating conditions.
