Contains a newick dump of version 10.4 of the OTOL tree generated on 24 September 2018. This version of the file uses the OTT taxonomy identifiers (rather than labels) as there appeared to be some inconsistency in those. In addition contains a tabular representation of the topology generated by megatree-loader, resulting in a CSV file and a SQLite database file.
