THIS DATA MAY CONTAIN CONTAMINATION AND MISSASSEMBLIES. VERSION V0. IT WILL BE UPDATED SOON.

RNAseq data from two distinct Nuclearia species; published in: 10.1098/rstb.2019.0094. Combined cultivation and single-cell approaches to the phylogenomics of nucleariid amoebae, close relatives of fungi.

Nuclearia delicatula MK547177 and Nuclearia thermophila MK547178 come from the culture collection Sciento (UK), which has maintained with Oscillatoria-like filamentous cyanobacteria, in freshwater medium BG11 for several years and the origin of them is unclear, but from freshwater spring near Manchester. Both species were isolated from the same JP100 culture between 2014 and 2016. Nuclearia delicatula was first isolated by culture transfer, although with the presence of a Poterioochromonas-like (stramenopile) and an Echinamoeba-like (amoebozoan) contaminants. Nuclearia thermophila was later isolated from JP100 culture with the Eppendorf PatchMan NP2 micromanipulator using a 110 µm VacuTip microcapillary (Eppendorf) in an inverted microscope Leica Dlll3000 B.

RNAseq and assembly as in materials and methods and supplementary material of the aforementioned article.
