Supplementary data tables from Nederlof I et al. Comprehensive evaluation of methods to assess overall and cell-specific immune infiltrates in breast cancer.

- The microscopic, methylomic and transcriptomic based immune infiltration scores and fractions. Reported on H&E (sTIL, itTIL), Tissue Micro Array (TMA; CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD68, FOXP3), digital TMA (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD68), Whole Slides (WS; CD3, CD4, CD8, CD20, CD68, FOXP3), and digital WS (CD3).

- The sort of data available for each patient. Table lists transcriptomic data (RNAseq), methylomic data, Tissue Micro Array (TMA), Whole Slides (WS), Haematoxylin & Eosin slides (H&E), and whole genome sequencing (WGS).

- Reports on the statistical differences of the distribution of clinical and pathological characteristics for each data type available versus the samples that do not have this data type available. Data types tested are transcriptomic, methylomic, Tissue Micro Array (TMA) and Whole Slides (WS)
