A dataset comprised of synthetic oligonucleotide fragments that have been ligated together at randon, then amplified by PCR and sequenced by Oxford Nanopore sequencing. Sequenced on Flongle flow cell with 10.4.1 chemistry and basecalled using super accurate basecalling.
