Mitochondrial dysfunction following incubations with welding fumes

ATP production, maximum respiration, and spare capacity were calculated from the mean oxygen consumption rates (OCR) from 5 independent experiments (6 replicate wells per condition each time). Values were normalized to PBS controls (represented as 100%).
