Microbiome Abundance Generated by MGM 2.0

This dataset contains gut microbiome abundance data for 17 diseases, generated using MGM 2.0, a microbial foundation model designed for contextualized microbiome analysis. It includes two CSV files:

1. abundance.csv – A matrix representing the relative abundance of microbial taxa across samples, where rows correspond to genera and columns to samples.

2. labels.csv – Metadata or classification labels associated with the samples.

This dataset is suitable for benchmarking, model evaluation, and microbiome classification tasks. For details on data processing and modeling, please refer to the corresponding publication.
