This dataset includes the processed abundance matrices for all BioCyc-derived metabolic pathways, and PFAMs with taxonomic break-down for 40 fecal samples from COPD patients sampled at the time of their lung cancer diagnosis.

The dataset included comprehensive metadata on COPD-comorbidity and lung function parameters along with basic patient data.
