Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
BridgeDb ID mapping database for metabolites, using HMDB 4.0 (Release of 16 Jan. 2019), ChEBI 172 (Release of 01 Feb. 2019), and Wikidata (07 Feb. 2019) as data sources.
Additional mappings are now available for ChEMBL [49.623 IDs], DrugBank [9.211] and Guide to Pharmacology (aka IUPHAR) [5.945 IDs].
