ENA accessions and sample metadata for pneumococcal samples used in 'Joint sequencing of human and pathogen genomes reveals the genetics underlying susceptibility to and severity of pneumococcal meningitis'.

Update: Version 2 removes ERR909292/ERS638983, which has been removed from the ENA due to being identified as being contaminated.
