This dataset contains mechanical measurement of three primary brain tumor cell lines (X01, X04, X08), in three distinct growth conditions:
• Serum
• EGF (epidermal growth factor)
• FGFJI (fibroblast growth factor combined with a JAK inhibitor).

These conditions are characterised by low, medium and high activation of STAT3-Ser/Hes3 signaling axis, respectively.

The cell lines were described and characterised within a framework of a previous publication by Poser et al (FASEB J., 2019).

Measurements were performed using real-time deformability cytometry (RT-DC).
_rtdc.zip - contains data acquired during the measurments in '*.rtdc' format
_tsv.zip - contains extended data in a '*.tsv' format
_glmm.zip - contains result summaries of statistical analysis comparing Young's moduli of the different cell types using generalised linear mixed effects models
