Mass and volume of each element in a 70 kg sample of the Sun

Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This is the mass, and volume (at 1 atmosphere), of each element in a 70 kg sample of solar surface.
70 kg was chosen as the mass of an "average" human adult, to compare with the chart at http://rationaldiscoveryblog.com/post/23522762358/meet-dave-he-is-made-of-things-as-are-you-and-i
As a Dave myself, perhaps not of 70 kg, I found this intriguing, and wondered how much I would way if I was made of solar and not composition.
