A universal multi-purposes wave energy system that utilizes pumped sea water to transfer energy to an on-shore hydroelectric power plant reservoir to feed numerous alternative resource production facilities, including desalination for fresh water, agriculture and aquaculture for food production. Hydrogen and ammonia production for transportation and other fuels as well as salts and other minerals as by products. This system will have the ability to provide numerous environmental enhancements including reef creation and coastal erosion protection, nutrient stimulation water circulation, filtration and aeration of output.

Development of this system will enable humans to create a symbiotic relationship with the ocean that will dampen the effects of global climate change by producing electricity, fuel, water, food and minerals; all essential for maintaining prosperous societies. This system addresses many of the issues that are preventing wave energy from becoming adapted worldwide by eliminating the need for undersea transmission cables, utilizing simple and robust equipment that can survive the harsh conditions of the ocean with all sensitive electrical components placed on-shore above sea level, setting it apart from other direct WEC systems.
