Soil respiration data from 1999-2002 measurements in boreal forest chronosequence west of Thompson, Manitoba, Canada. Fields include:

Site: site name, giving drainage + year of burn (see publications)
Year: of measurement
Day: of measurement
Plot: plot number
Collar: collar number
Trench: trenched (T) or untrenched (U)
Tair_C: air temperature, C
T2_C: 2 cm soil temperature, C
T10_C: 10 cm soil temperature, C
Photo_umol_m2_s: respiration rate, µmol CO2/m2/s
Time: time (?)
CO2_ambient: ambient CO2
Obs: observation number
