Gene_ID - Annotated gene ID in LSDV reference genome NC_003027.1; Position - Nucleotide position in the reference genome; REF - Reference genotype; ALT - Altered genotype in Sample; Frequency - Number of samples with altered genotype out of 41 samples.

Colour coding in Gene ID column indicates gene function: Brown - Viral virulence and host range; Blue - DNA replication and nucleotide metabolism; Maroon - RNA transcription and modification; Silver - Structure and assembly functions; White - Unknown function; N/A - Intergenic region.

Colour coding in Position, REF & ALT columns indicate mutation type: Red - Non-synonymous; Yellow - Indels; Green - Synonymous. Border colour: Black - frameshift; Blue - inframe indel.
